Journey Through The Labyrinth
A Path to Clarity
Description
A meditative walking experience designed to bring clarity, calm, and deeper self-connection. The labyrinth’s winding path mirrors life’s own journey, offering a space to release the old, receive insight, and reconnect with your center. Guided with gentle prompts, you’ll find peace in each step and renewal in the stillness at the center.
What we’ll do
We’ll begin with a short orientation on the history and symbolism of the labyrinth. After an introductory to the labyrinth we’ll do a grounding meditation, and then you’ll enter the labyrinth’s path, walking slowly and mindfully. Along the way, you’ll focus your intention—perhaps letting go, inviting clarity, or opening to new possibilities. At the center, you’ll pause in stillness for integration before making the return walk outward, symbolizing your re-entry into life with renewed clarity. We’ll end with a closing circle to share reflections, if desired, and enjoy a moment of quiet gratitude.
Where we’ll be
Outdoors in the sacred space, surrounded by natural beauty and the gentle water sounds of the serenity pond. In cooler weather, we may gather inside first to prepare and reflect before walking the path outside.
Group size
We can accommodate groups up to 10 participants.
