• Spacious Studios: Shared entrance to loft, each studio features a private bath, locked entry door, kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, dishes and cutlery. Modern amenities and stylish decor.  Stairlift to assist with mobility challenges.
• Front Studio: Features a queen bed, office desk with chair, clothing rack, wooden table with two chairs,  shelving and cubbies for clothes. Overlooks front yard.
• Back Studio: Features adult extra long bunk beds (250 lb. weight capacity each bed), loveseat (500 lb. weight capacity) working desk space, glass bistro table with 2 wooden stools, closet, and clothing cabinet. Overlooks backyard.
• Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy the fresh air lazing under the gazebo/sun shelter, or relax at the outdoor bistro set with a morning coffee or an evening drink. This guest area is ideal for BBQ’s, games, relaxation, and soaking up the sun. Fire pit, serenity pond, labyrinth.
• Close to the Beach: Located just a 10 minute stroll to Sauble Beach, you’ll have easy access to the soft sands and sparkling waters. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or exploring the scenic shoreline.
• Guest Interaction: We’re here for you whenever you need us! We’re happy to answer questions you may have. We are open to visiting and chatting with our guests, yet we honour your peace and privacy—so you can relax, recharge, and simply be.
• We welcome mature guests WITHOUT pets of any kind. No smoking, no vaping. 
• We Provide: Use of BBQ with propane, clean drinkable tap water, coffee, tea, treats.
